Tôi vừa được cán bộ nhân sự cảnh báo nếu tiếp tục nghỉ làm để chăm con con, tôi có thể không giữ được vị trí công việc hiện nay. Xin hỏi, pháp luật quy định khi con ốm cha mẹ được nghỉ làm bao nhiêu ngày?
